Here you'll find all the information you need about shipping, order processing times, and delivery.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
๐ฆ Shipments are handed over to couriers Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Exceptions
- National couriers do not pick up packages on Saturdays and Sundays.
- For the Campania region, we use a private courier service that makes pickups and deliveries even on Saturdays by 12:00 p.m.
Shipping to Campania
For central Naples and the surrounding provinces, we use a local private express courier service.
Delivery Times

- ๐ Salerno, Avellino, Benevento, and Caserta: 24/48 working hours
