Order Preparation
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt.
📦 Shipments are entrusted to couriers from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 12:00.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Exceptions
- National couriers do not collect on Saturdays and Sundays.
- For the Campania region, we use a private courier that also collects and delivers on Saturdays until 12:00 PM.
Shipping in Campania
For central Naples and surrounding provinces, we use a local private express courier.

- 🚚 Salerno, Avellino, Benevento, and Caserta: 24/48 business hours

For all national shipments, we use UPS Express.

International Shipping — Rest of the World

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link to monitor the shipment in real-time.
We recommend checking your spam/promotions folder as well.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays, storage, or return to sender.
JNSP is not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
