Returns

You can request the return of one or more products within 14 days from the date you receive the package. 

The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, therefore they must not be:

  • damaged/stained
  • without labels (if any)
  • altered/washed

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us on the WhatsApp number provided and report the incident before proceeding with the return.

Products purchased on promotion, sales  or on sale, cannot be returned.

ALL RETURNS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE PREVIOUS RULES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!

HOW SHOULD THE PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

To return an item, you must contact a courier of your choice and send the package, including the invoice, to the following address:

WHEN AND HOW WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?

The refund will be made to the payment method used within 15 days of receiving the package at our offices.

Orders placed with CASH ON DELIVERY will be refunded via a digital voucher to be used on our website!

Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and none of them are refundable. The customer will only be refunded the actual prices of the returned products.                                                                                   

We don't make changes!
With the exception of items that do not conform to what was ordered or are defective.

If the return deadlines are not met, the goods will remain available to the customer at our office for collection in person or may be returned at the customer's expense.
